The Customer Experience (CX) team at Booz Allen is a geographically dispersed group spread across the United States. To foster meaningful connections and offer both CX members and curious colleagues from other verticals a chance to reconnect and recharge, CX leadership hosts an annual in-person event.

Each year, the event is themed around the "golden age" of customer experience within a specific industry vertical. In 2024, the spotlight was on the golden age of air travel, inspired by the elegance and innovation of the 1950s and ’60s. Every detail was carefully crafted to deliver an immersive experience worthy of the CX community.
