The Customer Experience (CX) team at Booz Allen is a nationwide group, distributed across various locations throughout the United States. To cultivate meaningful connections and offer both CX members and curious colleagues from other verticals an opportunity to reconnect and recharge, CX leadership hosts an annual in-person gathering.

Each year, the event is themed around the "golden age" of customer experience within a specific industry vertical. For 2025, the focus shifted to the golden eras of gaming—tracing the evolution from the early days of Pong in the 1970s to today's immersive, high-tech gaming experiences. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to deliver an engaging and immersive experience worthy of the CX community.
